Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
This recipe is a favorite of mine and my family's. It's a great fall morning muffin--or really anytime of day! It's great for all of us who love pumpkin and along with those who aren't the biggest pumpkin fans! The chocolate chips really can help tone down the pumpkin flavor as well!

Ingredients
-3 cups flour
-2 cups sugar
-1 cup vegetable oil
-4 eggs (large)
-2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
-2 teaspoons baking soda
-2 teaspoons baking powder
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 small can pumpkin
-1 bag chocolate chips
-Raw sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients together saving pumpkin and chips for end. Put into muffin cups with liners or spray pan well. Sprinkle with raw sugar. Bake 20 minutes or until tests done in preheated oven.
Note: You can also bake in 10 inch tube pan for 50 minutes at 350°.
